01 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Italian herbs, and lemon zest until thoroughly combined.
02 - Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the marinade. Allow to marinate for 5 minutes at room temperature.
03 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan and chopped parsley over the marinated shrimp. Toss again to distribute evenly and coat each shrimp.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes before cooking.
05 - Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
06 - Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket or turning shrimp halfway through cooking. Shrimp are done when opaque and lightly golden.
07 - Transfer cooked shrimp to a serving platter. Garnish with additional fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
