01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until fully incorporated and no dry pockets remain.
02 - Cover the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the oats to soften completely and absorb the liquid for a creamy consistency.
03 - In the morning, stir the oats well. If the mixture appears too thick, add a small splash of milk and stir to reach your desired consistency.
