# How to Make It:

01 - Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour into a shallow dish and refrigerate for 1 hour until set. Repeat process with lemon gelatin in a separate dish.
02 - Beat heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form. Set aside for later use.
03 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated and uniform.
04 - Once both gelatin layers are completely set, cut strawberry and lemon gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes for layering.
05 - Layer ingredients in each jar: spoon cream cheese mixture on bottom, add strawberry gelatin cubes with diced strawberries and mini marshmallows, repeat with cream mixture then lemon gelatin cubes with pineapple and marshmallows, finishing with cream mixture on top.
06 - Refrigerate assembled jars for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and layers to set properly.
07 - Top each chilled jar with whipped cream, place a marshmallow bunny candy on top, and sprinkle with pastel sprinkles just before serving.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Each jar becomes its own little celebration, perfect for letting guests customize their sweetness level
  • The layers look impressive but come together faster than you'd think
  • Kids light up when they see their own personal dessert with a bunny on top
02 -
  • Rushing the gelatin setting time leads to layers that slide together into a muddy mess
  • Room temperature ingredients combine more smoothly than cold ones
  • The jars need that final chilling period or the layers won't hold their shape when served
03 -
  • Run your knife under hot water between cuts for the cleanest gelatin cubes
  • Tap the jars gently on the counter after each layer to release any air bubbles
  • The parfaits taste best at slightly cool room temperature rather than straight from the fridge
