01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
02 - Lay turkey breast slices flat on a clean cutting board or work surface. Pat dry if needed.
03 - Place 2–3 tablespoons of prepared stuffing on each turkey slice. Top each with half a slice of provolone or mozzarella cheese.
04 - Roll each turkey slice around the stuffing and cheese filling. Secure with toothpicks if necessary to hold the roll shape.
05 - Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.
06 - Pour the turkey or chicken gravy evenly over the roll-ups, ensuring each piece is coated.
07 - Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
08 - Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is fully cooked through.
09 - Remove from oven. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
