# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.
02 - Arrange sliced kielbasa and all prepared vegetables evenly across the sheet pan.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, mustard, pepper, paprika, and salt until well combined.
04 - Drizzle honey garlic sauce over sausage and vegetables. Toss gently to coat everything evenly with glaze.
05 - Spread ingredients back into an even single layer on the sheet pan for uniform roasting.
06 - Roast in preheated oven for 23-25 minutes until vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
07 - Remove from oven. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The honey garlic glaze caramelizes in the oven creating those sticky sweet edges that make everything taste better
  • Cleanup consists of exactly one pan and maybe a whisk if you are feeling ambitious
  • The vegetables roast alongside the sausage absorbing all that smoky savory flavor without getting mushy
02 -
  • Do not overcrowd your pan or the vegetables will steam instead of roast and you will miss out on that caramelization
  • Stirring halfway through is nonnegotiable for even cooking and getting those golden crispy edges on multiple sides
03 -
  • Letting the sheet pan heat up in the oven before adding ingredients gives you an extra head start on caramelization
  • Cut your vegetables into similar sized pieces so everything finishes cooking at the same time
