01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
02 - Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth with no dry pockets.
03 - Cover the bowl or seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, allowing the oats and chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid and develop a creamy texture.
04 - In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
05 - Divide between two bowls or jars and finish with fresh berries, sliced banana, a sprinkle of nuts or seeds, and a drizzle of nut butter.
